Design Process and Cost

Design  Process

Crystalclear believe in developing a strong working relationship with each client and we think its important that every stage of the design proces is discussed in detail with you.

After discussing your thoughts and requirements our initial step is to analyse your garden and think about the current property and landscape. By making use of alternative materials and terrain shapes, your new back garden will certainly look stunning with the house along with its surroundings.

The design process of a new garden is not something that can be rushed into. The garden design process will bring a creative and innovative perspective to the project, the end result will not only be functional but also aesthetically pleasing and unique

First Steps
After your initial contact we shall make a scheduled appointment at a convenient time, to visit your property and introduce ourselves.

During this initial visit we shall speak about any kind of ideas you may have in addition to us giving you ideas on how to design your new project by asking questions to help us establish your preferences as well as any specific dislikes relating to garden design and style and materials etc.

Do not be concerned if you don t have any ideas, this is quite a common situation and it is our job as garden dsigners to create the rear garden of your dreams.

At this initial stage it is important that you have a budget in mind as this affects, among other things, the choice and type of materials and amount of garden features we can impliment for you.

For example budget range concrete paving costs between £ 15 - £20 per m2 from most merchants, but natural indian sand stone or porcelian paving can cost anywhere between £ 50 - £ 100 per m2.

So by letting us know your budget parameters this will determined the style and finish of your garden.
